Add winner type(s) to Admin application view

In the admin view, the Status tab, Winner tab, and Forwarding tab all will generally hold one piece of important information each. Status holds the status, Winner holds winner type(s), and Forwarding holds "is/is not forwarded."

The Status tab very usefully displays its single value in the Status tab label; I think it makes sense that Winner and Forwarding could do the same.
