Using the OpenWater PDF downloader, have the applicant title field show up in the PDF download name for judge files. Works on folders and was working on names, but now no longer works and only comes out with application code.

This was updated to accommodate the max filename length that dropbox will accept but has been reimplemented.
These settings will allow you to download with the filenames included:
