I'd love to hear how others run their judging. We have two rounds of judging--the first round includes approx. 10 judges with about 350 submissions and the second round is usually 12 judges (in pairs this time) with approx. 200 submissions. All scores are entered into the OpenWater scorecard and then they let staff know which applications will be given an award. Staff then assigns the winners in OpenWater on the back end. How do others handle their judging? Have you found helpful shortcuts or features to streamline the process? Please share!
