I would love the ability to see/add the "last log in" date to the judges's profile canned report.  When judging pool is small I can easily go in and check to see last check in through "Tools" option; however with a large group that is difficult.  I am trying to find out if our judges have started reviewing submissions (but not yet evaluated) or if they haven't started at all so I can give them a gentle nudge.

How does your organization handle program analytics?  I am trying to explain to our board the positive and beneficial aspects of using a program like OW to maintain our award programs.  I was looking for a way to download a report similar to the dashboard that has all programs (active and archived) that I could download and use as a dataset to do a multi-year comparison of completed/incomplete submissions etc.  Both across the same program (year over year) and the awards program as a whole (since our first program was launched in 2017).  I think it would be great to have admin level rights to the organization's program analytics. @Helen Hachtel 

We have several programs that roll-over submissions per our guidelines, I wish I can embed secret admin-level notes in such a program that would prompt me to remember to hit the roll-over submission button (or judges roll-over) each year.  I know that having hidden questions, however, by the time I clone a program then start setting it up it would be too late to copy over submissions.
